Grown at The Olde Farm

Rooted in
the Land

From garden rows and orchard trees to flowers, honey and greenhouse harvests, the farm remains an essential part of The Olde Farm experience.

Farm to Table

More Than a Name

The Farm
Lives On

When construction of the golf course began in 1999, The Olde Farm was always intended to remain a working farm.

Today, that commitment can be seen, tasted and experienced throughout the property. The garden, greenhouse, orchards, flowers and beehives supply ingredients and natural beauty that help shape the Club’s distinctive character.

The culinary and horticultural teams work together to plan seasonal harvests, selecting produce and herbs that can move naturally from the soil into the Club’s menus.

It is a thoughtful connection between landscape and table—a reflection of the care, craftsmanship and sense of place found throughout The Olde Farm.

The Garden

From garden row to dining table

Each season begins with collaboration between the culinary and horticultural teams. Together, they consider upcoming menus, growing conditions and the produce that will be at its best during each part of the year.

The result is a garden designed not merely for display, but to actively support the Club’s culinary program.

Farm to Table

A closer connection between the landscape and the plate

Seasonal growing encourages seasonal cooking. Rather than separating the dining experience from the property, The Olde Farm brings them together through ingredients cultivated just beyond the kitchen.

The landscape does more than surround the Club—it helps shape what members experience at the table.

Across the Property

Grown, gathered and enjoyed

Each part of the farm contributes something different—from fresh ingredients and natural sweetness to flowers that bring the beauty of the property indoors.

Honey produced at The Olde Farm

Hive to Jar

Pure honey harvested on the property

Honey has become a natural pantry staple at The Olde Farm. To provide members with a pure, locally produced sweetener, the Club maintains beehives directly on the property.

The bees also play an essential role in the broader life of the farm, supporting pollination throughout the gardens, flowers, fruit trees and surrounding landscape.

The Farm Experience

“The Olde Farm was always intended to remain a farm.”

That original intention continues in every garden row, greenhouse harvest, floral arrangement, orchard tree and jar of honey—a living connection between the property’s past and its future.
