Everything you need for a comfortable visit.

• All guests must be accompanied by a member or member’s spouse during dining unless the guest is staying at The Olde Farm.
• Guests staying in the Cottages or The Lodge are not permitted to bring in alcohol or catered food.

• Tee times are not permitted.
• All guests must be accompanied by a member during golf, although limited unaccompanied guest play may be available. Unaccompanied guests must be sponsored by a member and coordinated through the Golf Professional.
• Cash, credit cards or a member account are accepted in the Golf Shop.
• When available, caddies and forecaddies must accompany members and their guests.
• Walking is permitted at any time with a caddie. A member may carry their own bag after 3 p.m.
• The minimum caddie fee is $160 per group.
• Cellular phone use is not permitted on the golf course.
• Cigarettes and cigars may be smoked on the course, but all remains must be placed in a trash receptacle.
• Anyone under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Music may not be played through a phone or portable speaker.

• Guests must be accompanied by a member or member’s spouse during dining unless staying as an overnight guest.
• A 20% service charge is automatically added to applicable food and beverage charges. Additional voluntary gratuity may be added for exceptional service.
• Restaurant charges may be applied to a credit card or member account.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the Clubhouse, Party Barn, Long Barn, Cottages or The Lodge. Designated smoking areas are located on non-dining porches.
• The Clubhouse phone booth may be used for incoming or outgoing calls. Text messaging and email are permitted when phones are set to vibrate.
• To-go food and beverage purchases and off-premise wine sales do not count toward annual spending credit.

• Blazers are required for men during dinner in the Parlor.
• Golf attire and appropriate denim are permitted in the main dining room and on the porches.
• Hats, caps and visors are not permitted in food and beverage service areas.
• Denim must be well kept and dark in color.
• Collared shirts are required, and shirttails must be tucked in.
• Cargo shorts, flip-flops, tennis shoes, T-shirts and workout apparel are considered inappropriate.

When uncertain, polished golf-club or country-club attire is always an appropriate choice.

• Pets are not permitted anywhere on property.

• Catered food and outside beverages are not permitted in The Lodge or Cottages.
• Members may reserve Lodge and Cottage rooms for themselves or their guests.
• Members are not required to be on property while their guests are staying overnight.
• Facilities are booked by the room. Common areas may be shared with other members and guests.
• Guests who prefer complete privacy are responsible for reserving and paying for unused rooms within the facility.
